We want you to love your Milani favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be returned in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid USPS return shipping label via email for you to download and print.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
